Design Assistance: Expert help in refining and optimizing 3D models for printing.
Bulk Orders: Specialized services for large-scale and long-term projects.
3. User Responsibilities3.1 Account CreationEligibility:
Accuracy: Provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration and when placing orders.
Security: Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You are responsible for all activities under your account.
4. Ordering Process:
4.1 Placing an OrderUpload Design: Submit your 3D model file in an accepted format (e.g., .STL, .OBJ).
Specify Preferences: Indicate your preferred material, color, and any special instructions.
Calculate Price: Use our “Calculate Price” feature for an instant quote based on your specifications.
Review and Confirm: Verify all order details before proceeding to payment.
Payment: Complete your transaction securely using our integrated payment gateway.
Production and Delivery: Your order will be processed, printed, post-processed, and shipped to your specified address.
4.2 Order Modifications and Cancellations
Before Production: You may modify or cancel your order without penalty.
After Production: Once production has commenced, modifications or cancellations may not be possible or may incur additional fees.
5. Pricing and Payment
5.1 Pricing StructureCalculation: Prices are calculated based on material type, volume, complexity, and additional services requested.
Transparency: Our “Calculate Price” tool provides an instant and transparent quote with no hidden fees.
Bulk Discounts: Discounts are available for large or repeat orders. Contact our sales team for customized pricing.
5.2 Payment Methods
Accepted Methods: We accept major credit/debit cards, net banking, and digital wallets via Razorpay.
Security: All transactions are processed securely. We do not store your payment information.

Eligible Cancellations: Full refunds are available for orders canceled before production begins.

6. Intellectual Property

User Designs: You retain ownership of all designs you submit. By uploading designs, you grant AutoAbode a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and modify your designs solely for the purpose of fulfilling your orders.
AutoAbode Creations: All original content, logos, and materials created by AutoAbode remain the exclusive property of AutoAbode.
6.2 Prohibited Use
Users are prohibited from using AutoAbode’s services for:
Illegal Activities: Engaging in or facilitating unlawful acts.
Infringing Designs: Uploading designs that infringe on third-party intellectual property rights.
Malicious Content: Creating or distributing harmful or offensive materials.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1 No WarrantiesAutoAbode provides its services “as is” and makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the quality, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose of the services.
7.2 Liability CapTo the fullest extent permitted by law, AutoAbode shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:
Use or Inability to Use Services: Issues arising from accessing or using our services.
Unauthorized Access: Security breaches or unauthorized access to your account.
Third-Party Services: Reliance on third-party services, including payment processors.
7.3 Total Liability

Fraudulent Activities: Engaging in fraudulent or malicious activities.Upon termination, your right to use the services will cease immediately, and you must discontinue all use of the services.1
